Owned by Briese Schiffahrt and Swiss Investors, the BBC UKRAINE is the third vessel of the modern BRIESE F-500 newbuilding series ordered back in 2018.

Delivery of the new BRIESE F-500-type multipurpose and heavy-lift vessel was taken in Singapore recently. BBC UKRAINE was built at Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering in China. At 147m Length and 22.8m Breadth, the BBC UKRAINE has a service speed of 15 knots and is equipped with two Liebherr cranes situated portside, each capable of lifting 250 mt at 18m outreach. Combined she can thus lift up to 500 mt.
BBC UKRAINE’s first trip is from Singapore to Futong in Indonesia, from where her intended itinerary continues via Map Ta Phut and Laem Chabang, Thailand, Kaohsiung, Taiwan and Ensenada, Mexico to Port Everglades as well as Houston in the US where she is currently expected to call during the second half of March.
