Swiss investors have the opportunity to participate in the future success of Germany’s most modern container feeder fleet: In 2023, twelve 1,850-TEU ECO container feeder vessels will set sail for Briese Schiffahrt. They will replace the aging fleet built between 2004 and 2010. Their success, also in tough times when competitors went bankrupt, gave Briese Schiffahrt the courage to once again invest in a complete fleet renewal.
After 2023, Briese Schiffahrt’s modernization program will continue. In 2024, modern MPP and heavy lift vessels will be delivered, as we want to support the energy transition and transport wind turbines with our specially designed vessels in the coming years.
Three “Swiss” Landrats at sea… Accompanying investors when they visit their vessels is always a pleasure. Philipp Leibundgut, Chairman of Briese Schiffahrt (Schweiz) AG, used his summer vacation as an ideal opportunity to give his children a first-hand experience.
